ALTA 400

This building maintenance and cleaning unit (BMU) runs along the building façade and reaches parts that are difficult to access by using manual or powered trolleys. The system is designed according to the building’s shape and color, so that it can be in full harmony with the building’s appearance. Thanks to special aluminum profile rails, it ensures a safe, light and inexpensive system.

Aluminum rails can be mounted on the façade of the building by using special anchorage arms with a distance ranging from 2 to 3.5 meters. Special anchorage arms are mounted on the façade of the building from the front, under the eaves and inside the parapet.
